Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Who we are
ProSite provides website preview, website-generation and related website-service experiences. For privacy questions, contact privacy@example.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact details you submit, professional or business information used to prepare a website or preview, website-request details, plan selections, technical request metadata, and records needed to operate the service.
3. Public or authorized professional information
Where permitted, prospect previews may use business or professional information obtained from public professional directories, official profiles, company websites, approved APIs, manually supplied records or other authorized sources. The prospect workflow retains source provenance and supports suppression.
4. How we use information
We use information to prepare and manage previews, respond to requests, prevent duplicate or unwanted outreach, verify and onboard customers, operate websites, improve service quality, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations.
5. Analytics
The public site can record privacy-minimized conversion events such as page views, plan selections and successful form submissions. The built-in event payload intentionally excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers and prospect identifiers.
6. Sharing and processors
We may use hosting, AI, communications, analytics and payment providers as service processors where needed to operate the service. We do not publish contact-form details as part of a website without the appropriate customer workflow.
7. Retention and suppression
Prospect previews and prospect records have lifecycle and retention controls. Suppression records may be retained as necessary to avoid contacting a person who has opted out.
8. Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information where applicable, and you can ask not to receive prospect outreach. Contact privacy@example.com.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational controls appropriate to the service. A preview reference is not treated as proof of identity; customer verification and payment use the secure conversion layer.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date above identifies the current version.
