Website Service Terms
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern use of the public ProSite website and pre-contract website-request and preview-activation experience. Subscription-specific commercial terms are shown and accepted during secure checkout before payment.
2. Prospect previews
A prospect preview is a temporary demonstration. It is not a transfer of ownership, a guarantee that every fact is complete, or proof that a visitor owns the represented identity.
3. Customer verification
We may require verification of identity, professional information, business authority, domain ownership or other details before activating a production website or customer account.
4. Plans and pricing
Public pricing describes the current service plans. Taxes, payment-processing terms, domain charges or optional services may be shown separately when applicable. No subscription is created by submitting a public request form.
5. Customer content
Customers are responsible for confirming that production content they provide or approve is accurate, lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Domains and third-party services
Domain registration, DNS, hosting, analytics, AI, communications and payment services may depend on third-party providers and their applicable terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, abuse, malicious code, infringement or attempts to bypass security or identity controls.
8. Availability and changes
We may update the service, templates, features and operational processes. Temporary previews may expire under their lifecycle policy.
9. Cancellation and renewal
Applicable cancellation, renewal and billing conditions are presented in the subscription terms accepted during checkout. Those terms control the paid subscription.
